PRICES

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations with respect to shipping internationally. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order.

We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 30 days of receipt and is in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at any time.

SHIPPING 

Your order will be delivered by Canadian Post within 1-3 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. All items that you purchase from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow extra days for local holidays, CA national holidays, weekends and sale time. The cost of shipping will be calculated depending on purchased products and delivery address.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Website and all Services provided by the Company are the property of the Company, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property (“Company IP”). GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

Through Your use of the Website or Services, You agree that the laws of the State of Alabama shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Agreement, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between You and the Company, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. In case any litigation specifically permitted under this Agreement is initiated, the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the following county: Canada. The Parties agree that this choice of law, venue, and jurisdiction provision is not permissive, but rather mandatory in nature. You hereby waive the right to any objection of venue, including assertion of the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine.

RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of the date of purchase, we accept returns for exchange or store credit on unopened, unused items (returned items must be in their original packaging). Only items with regular prices can be returned. Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned. We are unable to accept frozen goods that have been thawed or improperly stored due to the nature of our business and the products we sell. An original receipt is required, or the purchase must have been made using a customer account with a name, valid phone number, and/or valid email address. We adhere to all our manufacturer’s return guidelines. Each manufacturer has a specific set return policy. We advise asking of store if your intended return is acceptable if you are unsure of the return policy for a product. We are available to assist you.
