At Bones Pet Boutique, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the box or package is unopened and the product remains in its original packaging.
Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return for an online order. For in-store purchases, please bring the item and proof of purchase to the store within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are accepted only when the product box or package is unopened, unused, sealed where applicable, and in its original packaging and resalable condition.
Opened boxes or packages are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
These conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law if an item is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.

Please wait for return instructions before mailing an online order back. Include your order details and proof of purchase.
